How much will it cost to have my windows professionally cleaned?

Pricing for window cleaning varies from residential to commercial, height, as well as the type of window being serviced (single pane versus French, bay, high interior, ect.) Residential cleaning costs can vary from $99- $999+ depending on the type and quantity of glass needing cleaned. Commercial properties can vary as well depending on the frequency, height, and type.

Does professional window cleaning include my interior windows or just the exterior?

It is completely up to you. Most homeowners will have their glass cleaned both inside and out once or twice a year. Exterior only cleaning is typically preferred on more regular schedule. If you desire the interior of your windows cleaned, our technicians take great care with your furniture, drapes, and carpet.

Are your cleaning products safe?

We only use biodegradable cleaners and products that will not discolor or stain your surfaces.

What is your cleaning process?

Most companies will just mop the glass and squeegee it off. We go further by scrubbing the glass and using high-grade stainless steel blades for things such as tree-sap, paint residue and other build-up. This process ensures that your glass looks practically brand-new once we are finished with it.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

While we offer annual cleanings, most of our customers opt for our twice per year interior/exterior glass cleaning or our quarterly exterior cleaning service. Ask about our "monthly glass care" maintenance plan.

What about the weather?

We offer year round service! We clean glass in the winter or the summer. Even on rainy days, your glass will not be affected as long as the wind is not blowing. Rain will not dirty your windows...only rain on dirty windows!

What about curtains, blinds or drapes? Do I have to take them down?

While your assistance is welcome, we do not require it. Our technicians are trained to work around your window coverings and will only remove them if they cannot get to the glass.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

We are not a small, hard to compete with mom and pop organization that scoots by under the radar hoping to not be seen because of lack of liability or worker's compensation insurance, lack of quality equipment, or equipment in disarray. We spend lots of money to maintain a professional reputation, completely legal business structure constantly consulting with professionals to make sure we are always ahead of the curve and competitive with those that also play fair. What many people do not know is window cleaning is a huge national industry with thousands of small and large companies nationwide with professional organizations and conventions held with the International Window Cleaning Association being most notable. The industry continues to evolve with equipment, patents, safety, and ideas.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
